★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia en la compra de un colchón, solicité uno Spring Air flex y me vendieron uno soporte firme de espalda, creo que hace falta más capacitación del personal que atiende ya que te dan un colchón por otro.
I had a bad experience buying a mattress, I asked for a Spring Air flex and they sold me a firm back support, I think more training is needed from the staff who attend since they give you one mattress for another.

Servicio pésimo en todas las tiendas dico, te venden algo que no tienen en stock, ni siquiera cuentan en bodega con el producto ofrecido y aún así lo venden, engañando a los clientes, precios por encima del mercado tardan en entregar más de lo señalado en la compra, los muebles llegan en mal estado y nadie se hace responsable, los vendedores no tienen la culpa es la empresa la que no tiene una buena logística para entrega de mercancía, los muebles no son de buena calidad, existen mejores alternativas a dico. Abusan del tiempo de sus vendedores, los dejan parados todo el día, tienen que estar en la puerta no tienen definidos horarios de comida, sencillamente están explotados y dan la cara por la empresa que ni siquiera da las gracias. Lo peor es que nadie dice nada mejores empresas que dico existen para laborar.
NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA MUEBLES DICO y hay miles de personas que an tenido problemas por los muebles o hasta de un trato malo de algunos asesores.

Terrible service in all the stores I say, they sell you something that they do not have in stock, they do not even have the product offered in the warehouse and they still sell it, deceiving customers, prices above the market take time to deliver more than what is indicated in the purchase, the furniture arrives in poor condition and no one is responsible, the sellers are not to blame, it is the company that does not have good logistics for the delivery of merchandise, the furniture is not of good quality, there are better alternatives to dico. They abuse the time of their vendors, they leave them unemployed all day, they have to be at the door, they do not have defined meal times, they are simply exploited and they show their faces for the company that does not even say thank you. The worst thing is that nobody says anything better companies than I say exist to work for.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MUEBLES DICO FOR ANYTHING and there are thousands of people who have had problems due to furniture or even bad treatment from some advisors.
