★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a tres sucursales de muebles Dico ya que hemos renovado artículos de nuestra casa.
Y mi opinión es que la mejor es la sucursal de cafetales, ahí los vendedores son excelentes y en todo momento están para despejar dudas y necesidades.
La sucursal de Mixcoac resulta que sólo tiene dos vendedoras y una de ellas muy apenas nos quiso atender.
Y la peor la de Iztapalapa.
Espero que les pueda ayudar a tomar una decisión correcta.
I have been to three branches of Dico furniture since we have refurbished items in our house.
And my opinion is that the best is the coffee plantation branch, there the vendors are excellent and are always there to clear up doubts and needs.
It turns out that the Mixcoac branch only has two vendors and one of them hardly wanted to attend to us.
And the worst is that of Iztapalapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muebles en remate porque tienen laguna defecto, pero aun así los precios no son tan atractivos par el grado de desperfecto que luego tienen los muebles. Hay variedad ya que la bodega es bastante grande.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable la señorita que nos atendió. Lo que no le gusta es que todos los muebles están en colores tristes ( gris, negro, chocolate ) y de ahí no salen. No hay variedad, rojos, naranjas, aqua etc
The lady who served us was very kind. What he doesn't like is that all the furniture is in sad colors (gray, black, chocolate) and they don't come out of that. There is no variety, reds, oranges, aqua etc.

Agradezco mucho la atención, fue muy buena y rápida por parte del gerente que me ayudo a resolver el atraso de mi pedido ¡Muchas gracias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo una estrella por qué no puedo poner menos, pero fue la peor experiencia. Me querían cobrar más de mil pesos por la entrega inmediata antes de las 5, lo peor fue que nunca llegó, a las 7 me dijeron que en 1 hora más llegaría, y que me rebajarian 200 pesos, aún seguían siendo más de mil pesos de entrega.
Y para la devolución que aún no han hecho, me han tenido dando vueltas.
El peor servicio en esta tienda, por qué en otras sucursales todo ha sido bueno
