Aparte de que tardan 30 días en entregar la mercancía (que por cierto cobran el envio) en cuanto finalmente llega, tiene defectos y al hablar a su centro de atención telefónica nunca contestan. El proceso para validar la garantía es terrible ya son 3 días y no me dan respuesta. NO COMPREN EN MUEBLES DICO
Actualización: Después de 2 meses de mi compra solicite una devolución de mi dinero. Terrible atención. 2 entregas de mercancía dañada y 1 mes de espera entre cada entrega. NUNCA COMPREN AQUI.
Terrible service. Apart from the fact that it takes 30 days to deliver the merchandise (which incidentally charges for shipping) as soon as it arrives, it has defects and when they speak to their call center they never answer. The process to validate the warranty is terrible and it's 3 days and they don't give me an answer. DO NOT BUY IN DICO FURNITURE
Update: After 2 months of my purchase request a refund of my money. Terrible attention 2 deliveries of damaged merchandise and 1 month of waiting between each delivery. NEVER BUY HERE.
