Hice una compra en la sucursal de Plaza Caracol, fui muy clara en que me hicieran la entrega lo mas tarde posible pues trabajo, el vendedor Daniel me dijo que dejaría una nota para que los del servicio de transporte , días después me llamaron los del transporte y me confirmaron la entrega el día lunes, Nuevamente insistí en la entrega por la tarde, a lo que me contestaron que harían lo mas tarde posible la entrega y si no, me llamarían a mi cel para avisarme con al menos una hora de anticipación. Con UNA PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO, me llaman los del camión para decirme que ya están en mi domicilio y no me pueden dar mucho tiempo para poder llegar. El chofer se llama Carlos Camacho (o eso me dijo) unidad num. 19 , el simplemente dice que no puede esperar y de manera muy grosera me dice que tengo 5 minutos más para llegar o se van. Le llamo a mi vendedor en Caracol, Daniel, y le informo de la situación esperando me pueda ayudar en algo y me dice también con una muy mediocre actitud que no puede hacer nada y que solo cancele mi pedido. Esta por demás decir mi nivel de molestia, LA INEPTITUD DE LAS PERSONAS QUE DEBERÍAN DAR UN SERVICIO DE CALIDAD Y LA INDIFERENCIA QUE MUESTRAN ES SIMPLEMENTE OFENSIVA!!! Voy a poner mi queja en cada portal de la web que pueda y ojala algún Gerente se tome la molestia de darle seguimiento a esta política tan ridícula de no esperar al cliente !! Si saben que la mayoría de las personas en México TRABAJAN... o solo les venden a las amas de casa???? NO ENTIENDO !!!
I made a purchase at the Plaza Caracol branch, I was very clear that they would make the delivery as late as possible because I work, the seller Daniel told me that he would leave a note for the transport service, days later the transport service called me and they confirmed the delivery on Monday, I again insisted on the delivery in the afternoon, to which they replied that they would make the delivery as late as possible and if not, they would call me on my cell phone to notify me at least one hour in advance. With A VERY BAD ATTENTION AND SERVICE, those in the truck call me to tell me that they are already at my home and they cannot give me much time to arrive. The driver's name is Carlos Camacho (or so he told me) unit num. 19, he just says he can't wait and very rudely tells me I have 5 more minutes to arrive or they are leaving. I call my salesperson in Caracol, Daniel, and I inform him of the situation hoping he can help me with something and he also tells me with a very mediocre attitude that he cannot do anything and just cancel my order. Needless to say, my level of annoyance, THE INEPTITUDE OF PEOPLE WHO SHOULD GIVE A QUALITY SERVICE AND THE INDIFFERENCE THAT THEY SHOW IS SIMPLY OFFENSIVE !!! I am going to put my complaint in every portal of the web that I can and hopefully some Manager will take the trouble to follow up on this ridiculous policy of not waiting for the customer! If you know that most people in Mexico WORK ... or only sell to housewives ???? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND !!!

Tuve una espantosa experiencia con esta muebleria. Despues de que encargue una recamara y un juego de sala, el empleado cometio un error en el pedido que me tomo 4 meses corregirlo despues de repetidas llamadas a senoritas y jovenes sin ningun entrenemainto de servicio al cliente..Son majaderos, irrespetuorsos, y altaneros.. cero cortesia.. el juego de recamara llego con los cajos desarmandose, no cierran, y la sala dizque de piel es pesima calidad..No lo recomiendo....prefiero gastar mas, para tener mas calidad.
I had a dreadful experience with this furniture store. After I ordered a bedroom and a game room, the employee made an error in the order that took me 4 months to correct after repeated calls to senoritas and young people without any customer service training. They are foolish, disrespectful, and arrogant. .. zero courtesy .. the bedroom set arrived with the boxes being dismantled, they did not close, and the room supposedly made of leather is very poor ... I do not recommend it ... I prefer to spend more, to have more quality.

Fatal... Compré una cajonera me dijeron que debía pagar 370 pesos para q lo entregaran en mi domicilio porque era un tercer piso. Les comentamos que nosotros podíamos retirarlo en tienda y se negaron diciendo q la cajonera tenía garantía y ellos se harían responsables hasta q estuviera en el lugar donde quedaría. Llegaron hoy los repartidores y dijeron q no podían subirlo tres pisos hicieron q firmaran y se retiraron ni siquiera lo desempacaron. Y ahora q lo desempacamos tiene un golpe el cual quisieron tapar poniéndole etiquetas.
Fatal ... I bought a chest of drawers, they told me I had to pay 370 pesos to have it delivered to my home because it was a third floor. Pesimo servicio de entrega, 2 meses esperando unas sillas porq no tenian, cuando entregan te dicen que van a ir a una hora, llegan 5 horas antes y no te pueden esperar ni 10 minutos, realmente mal servicio.
Lousy delivery service, 2 months waiting for some chairs because they didn't have them, when they deliver they tell you that they will go an hour, they arrive 5 hours before and they can't wait even 10 minutes, really bad service.

Pesimo el servicio, con cierta intencion en ventas pero muy mal formados el personal solo promete un calvario para poder hacer cualquier tipo de transaccion en esta sucursal y en Patria me paso lo mismo, Deben prepararse no solo como profesionales en el area sino con lo basico en la prepa, no saben ingresar informacion en la compu y peor aun les cuesta retener la informacion que suministra cliente o datos telefonicos. La verdad DICO es un mal necesario, algunos productos de moderada calidad pero con precios accesibles, solo que hay que pensarlo una y otra vez antes de volver a visitarlos. Si quieres una venta rapida y efectiva ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR. Espero mejoren!
Terrible service, with a certain intention in sales but very poorly trained, the staff only promises an ordeal to be able to make any type of transaction in this branch and in Patria the same thing happened to me, They must prepare themselves not only as professionals in the area but with the basics in high school, they don't know how to enter information into the computer and even worse it is difficult for them to retain the information provided by the client or telephone data. The truth is that DICO is a necessary evil, some products of moderate quality but with affordable prices, you just have to think about it over and over again before visiting them again. If you want a quick and effective sale THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I hope they improve!

The shame is, this could so easily have been a 5 star rating. We purchased a complete furniture set, the works. We specifically required soft mattresses. The delivery was actually a day early, with a 24 hr notification (5+ stars to the delivery team). After they left, we set our beds up, and realized that the mattresses were extremely hard. We called the store, and were told they were the mattresses we ordered. NO, they weren't! This began a three week ordeal of trying to get our refund (we bought proper mattresses elsewhere). Each rep giving a different run around. We are now stuck with mattresses we can't use. Guess we'll sell them on marketplace. Bloody liars, the lot of them
