Hace 3 años aparte un mueble y debido a que tuve que salir del país ahora que regreso me dicen que ya no me pueden devolver ni mi dinero ni mueble. OJO. S	Say Say on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere 2 meses por un artículo y nunca llegó , no dan seguimiento a la compra.. yo tuve que estar llamando y nadie sabía cuándo llegaba mi artículo, yo es la primera y la última vez q compro ahí, decidi comprar ahí por q según era una tienda sería y conocida , pero sale peor q comprar en las q la esquinita... no compren en dico... I waited 2 months for an item and it never arrived, they don't follow up on the purchase .. I had to be calling and no one knew when my item arrived, I was the first and the last time I bought there, I decided to buy there because of what it was. a store would be and known, but it is worse than buying in the corner ... do not buy in dico ...

Sin embargo, no puedo seguir esperando mas de 6 semanas por un mueble que no esta hecho de piel ni de madera de alta calidad y era de catalago. Creo que parte del trabajo del vendedor es dar seguimiento con el cliente que ya pago y con su proveedor cada semana y no tener que llamarlos nosotros. El reembolso fue sencillo y rapido y por eso dejo 3 estrellas. Recomiendo comprar solo si te prometen que la entrega sera una semana o dos, mas de eso, mejor compralo en otro lugar que lo tenga listo. Very good attention from everyone and from our advisor Ricardo. However, I cannot keep waiting more than 6 weeks for a piece of furniture that is not made of high quality leather or wood and was from a catalog. I think part of the seller's job is to follow up with the paying customer and their supplier every week and not have to call us. The refund was simple and fast and that's why I leave 3 stars. I recommend buying only if they promise that the delivery will be a week or two, more than that, better buy it in another place that has it ready.

Queríamos comprar un box king size, el costo de etiqueta decía 1 peso, y por arte de magia la vendedora lo quito y condicionó la compra siempre y cuando se comprara el colchón, cosa que la etiqueta de venta no lo mencionaba así.
