★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviamente están atrás de uno por la venta, pero cuando la tienen no le dan seguimiento, en varias ocasiones al vendedor se le olvidó mandarme mi recibo de pago y le dije que necesito un servicio de garantía porqué un sofá salio mal y hasta la fecha no me ha dado solución. No recomiendo esa sucursal.
Obviously they are behind one for the sale, but when they have it they do not follow up, on several occasions the seller forgot to send me my payment receipt and I told him that I need a warranty service because a sofa went bad and to date it has not It has given me a solution. I do not recommend that branch.

Ya van 2 veces que compro en Dico y ha sido un servicio deplorable, la primera vez fue una sala y se tardaron 2 meses en entregar, a pesar de que al principio te dicen que solo son dos semanas y así te van dando largas. La segunda vez compré una recámara y una cama, con la esperanza de que mi primera compra solo hubiera sido una excepción. Pero no, me dijeron que la cama llegaba en 10 días y otra vez tardaron 2 meses en entregarnos. Y para colmo nos entregaron incompleto! Fueron otras dos semanas de estarnos peleando con estos incompetentes para que nos entregaran lo que nos faltaba. No vuelvo a comprar ahí y de mi cuenta corre que ninguna persona que yo conozca les compre!
Horrible experience! I have already bought 2 times at Dico and it has been a deplorable service, the first time it was a room and it took 2 months to deliver, despite the fact that at the beginning they tell you that it is only two weeks and that is how they give you long. The second time I bought a bedroom and a bed, hoping that my first purchase would have only been an exception. But no, they told me the bed would arrive in 10 days and again it took them 2 months to deliver. And to top it off they delivered incomplete! It was another two weeks of fighting with these incompetents so that they would give us what we lacked. I do not buy there again and it is my account that no person I know buys from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con ellos. Compré una cocina en noviembre, quedaron de mandarla en 1 mes, pasó ese tiempo y no llegó. Llamé y solo me dieron largas, después de mucho insistir me juraron que ya en 1 semana la iba a mandar, después llamé para verificar y dijeron que no era cierto! Al final solicité la devolución del dinero. Dico solo quiere vender sin verificar si pueden surtir el pedido en tiempo, no lo recomiendo
Bad experience with them. I bought a kitchen in November, they left to send it in 1 month, that time passed and it did not arrive. I called and they just put me off, after much insistence they swore that in 1 week I would send it, then I called to verify and they said it was not true! In the end I asked for the money back. Dico only wants to sell without verifying if they can fill the order on time, I do not recommend it
