Más de un mes para solucionar y hasta la fecha sigue igual. Hacen perder el tiempo de las personas, y si se quiere hacer devolución también es un proceso larguísimo. Nadie se contacta con el cliente para dar solución. Horror de tienda, de personal y de mercancía. Terrible lousy service. They are supposed to sell new furniture and arrive badly. Salespeople and call center people are useless. More than a month to solve and to date it remains the same. They waste people's time, and if you want to make a refund, it is also a very long process. O	Octavio Navarro Llamas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo irremediablemente, enserio, no vuelvo a comprar muebles qué tengan rieles, en tan solo un año, van 4 cajones se doblan y se caen los balines, esto enserio que no es posible y por eso mi satisfaccion ahora de 5 estrellas se va a 1. No compren nada que lleven rieles a menos que estén dispuestos a cambiarlos ustedes. Su periodo de tres meses de garantía no les funcionará ya qué pasara el problema después. (aclaro qué los cajones no tienen gran cantidad de objetos en ellos para que se deformaran por dicha causa. Irremediably terrible, seriously, I will not buy furniture that has rails again, in just one year, there are 4 drawers, they bend and the pellets fall, this is seriously not possible and that is why my satisfaction now goes from 5 stars to 1 .
