R	RUTH GAL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, me enviaron un mueble roto y para hacer el cambio en una compra de contado me exigían copia de mi INE y comprobante de domicilio (previo elecciones) les entregaba copia de mi licencia de conducir y no la aceptaban, cuando intenté cancelar la compra me negaron la devolución del dinero y tuve que realizar varias llamadas al corporativo reportando al gerente de la sucursal Xochimilco hasta que esté me mandó mi producto en buenas condiciones. Es pequeña pero tiene todo lo básico que las demás tiendas, la atención por parte delnpersonal es buena, sobre todo si no están re etiquetando, o haciendo su papelería, tiene estacionamiento, hay acceso para silla de ruedas, pregunta por el costo del flete siempre por que cambia de acuerdo a la distancia y disponibilidad.
