G	Gloria Salas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia que he tenido, los vendedores diciendo puras mentiras con tal de vender, te dan fechas de entrega falsas, no cumplen y luego te traen a vuelta y vuelta, marcas a atención a clientes y es la misma sarta de mentiras con fechas "probables" de entrega "porque no depende de ellos", nadie le da seguimiento, siguen evadiendo cualquier responsabilidad, tremenda odisea...que si la bodega, que si el vendedor, que si los de reparto, que hubo problemas con calidad, que si el proveedor, solo puedes quejarte con la seudo "gerencia" de la tienda ( que al final es otro vendedor al que solo le importa su venta y Comisión, ya que no existen supervisores) Finalmente...3 meses después de pagar de contado, hoy parece que logré por fin la cancelación para que Finanzas tramite mi orden de pago...ojalá pueda ver mi dinero esta semana. El aprendizaje de todo esto es que Jamás regreso a perder tiempo y dinero en esta Cadena de Mueblerias con pésimo servicio, nula atención al cliente y ninguna capacitación para que sus vendedores hablen con honestidad, me hubiera ahorrado muchos dolores de cabeza y frustración (aparte de dinero) si hubiera checado los comentarios y las muchisisisisisimas quejas que tienen.
