★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un sofá cama que me entregaron roto y se reportó en seguida que lo entregaron, tardaron más de una semana, decían que pasaban un día y no pasaban ni avisaban y sólo me solucionaron arreglarlo, sin embargo no quedó bien. Me arrepiento de comprar ahí.

Lamentablemente no nos dimos cuenta de que estaba manchado y lo pagamos... un gran error. No aplican la garantía, quedaron de venir a cambiarlo y nada... muy arrepentido de comprar allí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y falta de profesionalismo te dicen un día para entrega y se demoran más días, te dicen una hora para la entrega y llegan dos horas después sin importar el tiempo del cliente y te dicen que la grosería es de tu parte por no esperarlos aún avisando que ya no puedes esperar más. Llegan a tu casa aún avisándoles que ya no estarás para no reembolsar tu dinero. Y ni hablar del gerente que es un grosero.
Terrible service and lack of professionalism tell you a day for delivery and it takes more days, they tell you an hour for delivery and they arrive two hours later regardless of the customer's time and they tell you that the rudeness is on your part for not waiting for them yet warning that you can no longer wait. Un asco de servicio y de atención. Por favor eviten problemas, eviten comprar con estos tipejos que incluso de anuncian por Facebook y demás medios.
