★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad y fraude. Muebles Guersan en colonia Anzures ???? CUIDADO
Compré2 sillones Luis XV con garantía de por vida. Los sillones los compré hace como 5 años y uno de ellos se venció completamente en su acojinamiento y suspensión Los gire y al quitar la tela negra que les colocan para que no se vea descubrí que una pieza es de pino y solo lo pintaron de color caoba, imaginen mi malestar es un fraude y es gente corrupta quien hace esto. Me costaron en ese entonces $6,500 pesos cada uno.
Llame para reclamar y contesta la operadora que no sirve el teléfono y no lo reporte ????
Hoy es sábado pero voy a ir entre semana y actualizo está reseña OJO revisen que no les den gato por liebre???? voy a publicar las fotos para que vean el fraude ?

I bought 2 Louis XV armchairs with a lifetime warranty. The armchairs I bought them about 5 years ago and one of them was completely defeated in their cushioning and suspension. I turned them and when I removed the black fabric that they put in so that they don't see I discovered that a piece is made of pine and only painted it in mahogany color , imagine my discomfort is a fraud and it is corrupt people who do this.
