★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que permitan que Sears Metepec venda sus productos, ya que los entregan dañados al cliente y después dicen que es culpa del proveedor que tarda en aprobar la reposición de una cabecera de cama que llegó rota, y tengo 7 semanas esperando que me entreguen una nueva. Deberían ser un poco más cuidadosos al seleccionar a sus distribuidores. O apoyar a sus clientes finales.
 It is a pity that they allow Sears Metepec to sell their products, since they deliver them damaged to the customer and then say that it is the fault of the supplier that takes to approve the replacement of a broken headboard, and I have 7 weeks waiting for them to deliver me a new. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirimos en piso (Jocotepec) 2 sofás camas con sus respectivos cocines (8 piezas) y un cuadro que tenían en exhibición.
Le llamamos a la que nos atendió para un tercer sofá y súper desatinada como si no quisiera vender y cuándo nos llegó el tercer y último sofá nos llegó golpeado y con aberturas al inclinarse les comentamos sobre el defecto y pasaron por el... Nos dijeron 15 días y pasó más tiempo de lo indicado y a parte igual.
Pésima atención por parte de la asesora y no hay nadie que levante quejas! Llamé y bien gracias.
We acquired in the apartment (Jocotepec) 2 sofa beds with their respective kitchens (8 pieces) and a painting that they had on display.
We called the one who attended us for a third sofa and super foolish as if she did not want to sell and when the third and last sofa arrived, it came to us beaten and with openings when bending, we told them about the defect and they passed by ... They told us 15 days and it spent more time than indicated and the same part.
Terrible attention from the advisor and there is no one to raise complaints! I called and well thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido y calidad por el precio, sin embargo la atención es muy carente por parte de los chavos, indiferentes y sin previa capacitación de lo que venden (además de estar agrupados), las chicas excelente atención en tienda (San Miguel Zapotitlán), nos la pasamos vagando por la tienda sin previa atención y cuando la solicite a un chavo fue carente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first furniture store you encounter on the road from Chapala/Guadalajara (km 24). After visiting dozens of stores, We ended up back here ordering a love seat and couch, both with 2 reclining seats. We were able to select from among dozens of fabrics; none were exactly my favorite but many were acceptable and all were the same price. The furniture was completed on time (about 7 weeks), and we paid an extra 800 pesos to have them delivered to Ajijic. The price was very reasonable (about 12,000 p for the two) and they appear to be very well made. I don't hesitate to recommend this store.
