★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala calidad, compramos una sala luego de semanas nos llamaron para decir qué no tenían el tapiz que habíamos elegido. La sala que entregaron se ve de una tela de mala calidad tuvimos que a anadir un cojín a todo el asiento porque no sirve con el que la entregaron, cuando te sientas se sienten las tablas que dividen las partes. Muy mal.

En nuestro caso compramos una sala la cual tenían en exhibición con cojines, la fabricaron y al momento de entregarla no entregaron los cojines, además de eso el día de la entrega nos informaron que no la iban a entregar debido a que en el traslado se había hundido el descansabrazos por lo que tardaron una semana más en entregarla. Cuando la entregaron al primer momento en que se sentó una persona en uno de los sillones tronó la madera y se hundió además de que tenia diferentes medidas respecto a la altura. Llamamos para informar sobre el hundimiento y fueron a recogerla para repararla y tardaron otra semana más en entregarla, semana en la cual también se descosió una costura de otro sillón y sobre esa si no nos mencionaron ya nada a pesar de que no se había utilizado. No dan las salas tan baratas como para tener una calidad tan baja.
 Terrible attention and very poor quality of the products. In our case we bought a room which they had on display with cushions, they manufactured it and at the time of delivery they did not deliver the cushions, in addition to that on the day of delivery they informed us that they were not going to deliver it because in the transfer they had the armrest sagged so it took another week to deliver it. When they handed it over to the first moment when a person sat down in one of the armchairs, the wood thundered and it sank in addition to having different measurements regarding the height. We called to report the sinking and they went to pick it up to repair it and it took another week to deliver it, a week in which a seam from another armchair was also unstitched and on that if they did not mention anything to us even though it had not been used. They do not give the rooms so cheap as to have such a low quality.
