★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIDICULOUS. been waiting for EIGHT HOURS for a delivery. No phone call. No text. No email. So unbelievably unprofessional. Have been checking in throughout the day... they said they would need a smaller truck for delivery... had to transfer chairs to a smaller vehicle to fit our street. The salesperson should have ascertained what kind of vehicle was needed for delivery. I feel badly for the delivery staff. Understaffed and no support. Nearly 6:30 PM and still zero communication.
