★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de muebles no se como se atreven a a anunciarse como “mejor calidad a excelente precio” si cuando hice la reclamación me contestaron “ ES LA CALIDAD DE LO QUE PAGO”. compre una banca para mi comedor que se QUEBRO CUANDO ME SENTÉ PARA VER SI ESTABA CÓMODA , la respuesta cuando les reclame fue que pensó que era de adorno ? cositas!!! quien compra una banca para su comedor de adorno???? Ni que fuera portarretratos y eso que cuando le hice el pedido le dije que iba a ser para uso diario.
Tontamente también compre una sala que en el proceso del pedido le hice incapie que la quería muy bonita y cómoda ya que era para la sala principal o sorpresa!!! cundo la recibí nunca en mi vida había visto una sala tan mal hecha las costuras Chuecas la sala es gris cosida con hilo blanco a parte se suponía que la sala mediría 80cm de alto no llega ni las 74cm además que el respaldo también chueco y las medidas varían desde 71 hasta 73.5 cm de alto y los estoperoles no se diga como están de mal puesto
Y cuando hice la reclamación que creen que me contesto ???? Que para qué les compra a ellos que ellos ni me conocían ???? quien además de ella culpa a sus clientes por confiar en su negocio??????? Pues ella lidia !! con la que hice el tratado todo el tiempo y que no se quiere hace responsable de su pésima calidad y me dijo que ya estaba harta que la estuviera bombardeando con mensajes y que mejor ya no me los va a contestar y así fue nunca me volvió a contestar
Así las cosas con esta mueblería quisiera calificar con cero estrellas pero no existe la opción
