★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren ahí,pésimo servicio en la entrega de los muebles ,te dicen que la entrega será cierto día y así me.traen desde la.semana pasada,primera y última vez que compro , alertare a mis conocidos de la.zona para que nunca compren en ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala mueblería no entregan en tiempo y forma y además se quedan con tu dinero si cancelas un pedido... Nunca te explican que pasa en ese tipo de casos.
Very bad furniture stores do not deliver in a timely manner and they also keep your money if you cancel an order ... They never explain what happens in that type of case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de verdad no les pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Me retapizaron una sala, me dijeron que en 15 días y se tardaron un mes y medio, siempre cambiando la fecha y quedó muy mal el trabajo, perdieron la forma de mi sala y quedó muy chaparra, no rellenaron bien nada. Me costó 7 mil pesos y cacho, y es un pésimo trabajo. Horrible e informal. No los recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service, I really don't give them 0 stars because you can't. They reupholstered a room, they told me that in 15 days and it took a month and a half, always changing the date and the work was very bad, they lost the shape of my room and it was very short, they did not fill anything well. It cost me 7,000 pesos and a chunk, and it's a lousy job. Horrible and informal. I do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala calidad en su servicio y en sus salas, quedan en una fecha de entrega y no lo hacen, te cambian el día como si nada y cuando me entregaron la sala llega incompleta y es dia en el que no me entregan los cojines que me faltan, en cuanto a calidad no es posible que la sala ya se vea hundida de algunas partes si tiene solo una Semana de uso, espero que si se hagan responsables de repararla o volverla a tapizar. Les compramos por recomendación de unos amigos pero la verdad yo no los recomiendo.
Al día de hoy 12 de abril de 2021 es fecha en que el Sr Carlos Santiago no se hace responsable de venir a checar la sala que ya le dijimos que se encuentra defectuosa, le hemos llamado alrededor de 20 veces durante estas semanas y cada vez dice que va a venir y jamás lo hace, al parecer sólo se burla de nosotros y nuestro tiempo, en verdad no compren con el jamás, son cero recomendables y que pena y de mal gusto es que el sea el quien se califique a sí mismo como " excelente calidad y servicio" cuando es evidente su total falta de eso y más.
Poor quality in their service and in their rooms, they have a delivery date and they don't, they change the day as if nothing had happened and when they gave me the room it arrived incomplete and it was the day that they did not give me the cushions that I am missing. In terms of quality, it is not possible that the room already looks sunken in some parts if it has only one week of use, I hope that if they are responsible for repairing it or reupholstering it. We bought them on the recommendation of some friends but the truth is I do not recommend them.
As of today, April 12, 2021 is the date that Mr. Carlos Santiago is not responsible for coming to check the room that we already told him is defective, we have called him about 20 times during these weeks and each time he says that he is going to come and he never does, apparently he only makes fun of us and our time, really do not buy with him ever, they are zero recommended and what a shame and bad taste is that he is the one who qualifies himself as "excellent quality and service" when your total lack of that and more is evident.
