★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and to board the ferry service. Lots of taxis waiting around. No shelter between the dock and terminal, so be prepared to get wet in the rain. Terminal seating is limited, so arrive 15min before departure to get your tickets and board. Seats on the ferry are very comfortable and the ride is quick (45min).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If someone says ‘lets take the ferry to Cozumel for lunch’ DONT. The ferry works fine but the views from the boat aint much, it can be crowded onboard and stuff you can walk to on Cozumel side sucks compared to Playa Del Carmen.
