★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienen la línea telefónica ocupada, no tuvieron el coche el día que quedaron de entregarlo, se pasó a recoger y ya no estaba el encargado de taller, no avisaron que no estaría arreglado ni al día siguiente hasta que se acudió a recogerlo y pedir que lo entregaran como estuviera
They always have the phone line busy, they did not have the car the day they were to deliver it, they came to collect it and the workshop manager was no longer there, they did not notify that it would not be fixed or the next day until they went to pick it up and ask they will deliver it as it is
