En algunos puestos los precios son razonables. Pero me parece lamentable que ofrezcan comida pasada o que no se le parezca para nada al lugar mencionado, ya que por esas cuestiones gente que no conoce la comida huasteca y la prueban en la muestra se van desilusionadas, incluida yo. Considero deberían cuidar mucho esa parte ya que nos representa como todo un Estado, y quienes somos de la huasteca en verdad es como una ofensa que ofrezcan comida tan fea. No estaría mal que se le diera más ventilación al lugar o bien aire acondicionado ya que se abochorna demasiado. Las mesas nunca están limpias. I love going to the show. Especially when they bring mariachis or traditional and quiet music to eat comfortably with good company. In some stalls the prices are reasonable. But I find it unfortunate that they offer old food or that it does not resemble the aforementioned place at all, since for those reasons people who do not know Huasteca food and try it in the sample are disappointed, including me. I think they should take great care of that part since it represents us as a whole State, and who we are from the Huasteca is really an offense that they offer such ugly food. It would not be bad to give the place more ventilation or air conditioning since it gets too embarrassing. The tables are never clean.

Recomiendo el plato Huasteco o la pierna asada de pavo. la muestra está abierta todo el día durante la apertura de los juegos mecánicos. J	Jose Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viene a probar la muestra gastronómica, carnitas de Ahualulco, lástima de fama porque me sirvieron carnitas frías, duras, seguramente la segunda o tercera recalentada, a pesar de q pedí solo maciza, así que ya saben, carnitas de Ahualulco aquí en la feria no, a menos q supervisen. Probamos tambien la barbacoa de borrego, de Venado mucho gordo, buena; asado de boda de Villa de Guadalupe, bueno.
