Anoche, experimenté algo nuevo. Una extraordinaria cena de una fuente singular e inesperada. Decir solo que la comida y su creador han desafiado mis prejuicios sobre la buena cocina, subestimaría la realidad. Me han tocado en lo más profundo.
Pronto regresaré por más figuras ...

We thrive on negative reviews that are fun to write and read. But the sad truth that we must face is that in the great order of things, any garbage has more meaning than what our criticism reveals.

Last night, I experienced something new. An extraordinary dinner from a unique and unexpected source. To say only that food and its creator have challenged my prejudices about good cooking would underestimate reality. They have touched me to the core.
