★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pesima instalacion y pésimo prducto. No me vuelvo a parar en ese lugar y no lo recomiendo. El piso lo fabrican ellos (segun entendi que tienen un taller) y se rompe casi solo de volter a verlo; el pigmento no tiene mucha profundidad asi que no puedes pulirlo muchas veces porque resulta que eventualmente se quedará sin pigmento, resulta también que no lo puedes lavar con jabón ni echarle cloro (lo cual es ilógico porque es un piso de baño), para todo esto te lo dicen hasta que terminan de instalarlo ya les liquidaste y tienen un pie en la calle, por que cuando lo compras te lo venden bien bonito... Ademas el sr Toxtli (o algo asi se apellida) no te da la cara a pesar de que el esta presencialmente durante la instalación, finge que el no sabe nada y que todas las quejas o aclaraciones son con la vendedora, y cuando la contactas, ella te dice que debe preguntarle a su gerente el sr Toxtli y nunca tienes respuestas, ese teatro lo aplican cada vez que estes inconforme con algo. Mi piso pedi que respetaran la altura anterior, que lo nivelaran a la coladera, les ei una medida para la regadera y ninguna de esas peticiones la cumplieron, hoy no tiene ni un año de haberse instalado y ya se ve horrible, ya se despgaron varias piezas, una de ellas se empezó a picar y se agrietó, ademas de que visualmente se ve todo chueco... Y la garantia no es formal.
Lousy service, lousy installation and lousy product. I will not stop at that place again and I do not recommend it. The floor is made by them (as I understood that they have a workshop) and it breaks almost just by turning to see it; the pigment doesn't have much depth so you can't polish it many times because it will eventually run out of pigment, it also turns out that you can't wash it with soap or bleach it (which is illogical because it's a bathroom floor), for all this They tell you until they finish installing it, you already liquidated them and they have one foot in the street, because when you buy it they sell it to you very nicely... Besides, Mr. Toxtli (or something like that is called) does not show you his face despite that he is present during the installation, he pretends that he knows nothing and that all complaints or clarifications are with the saleswoman, and when you contact her, she tells you that you should ask her manager Mr. Toxtli and you never get answers, that theater they apply it every time you are dissatisfied with something. My apartment asked that they respect the previous height, that they level it to the drain, I gave them a measurement for the shower and none of those requests were fulfilled, today it has not even been installed for a year and it already looks horrible, several have already come off pieces, one of them began to itch and cracked, besides that visually everything looks crooked... And the guarantee is not formal.
