Atzacoalco fui a comparar una crema Lala de 1/2 al momento de pagar le digo a la cajera que cuanto es, me contesta $24 pesos le doy un billete de $20 y un moneda de $10. Cuando recibo el cambio de una moneda de $1 y le digo me diste mal el cambio, ella me contesta no me dio veinticinco pesos. Voy a dejar las cosas al carro y regreso para decirle que me hacen falta $5 pesos, el cual ya molesta y gritándome me dice Sra. usted me dio un billete de $20 pesos y una moneda de $5 pesos, le contesté que no, que yo le había dado $30 pesos. No me hizo caso,le volví a decir que por favor me diera mis $5 pesos. Me grito mas fuerte y aferrada que le había dado $25 pesos. Cuando le dije por 3ra vez me los dio y me dijo “tome por si no acompleta y me los aventó”.
Quisiera que por favor tomen cartas en él asunto, ya que ese no es el trato que se le debe dar al cliente. Y menos gritarle.
