★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a desempeñar una prenda y la señorita que me atendió me dijo que me podía hacer mi trámite y que le pagará pero que tenían problemas con la bobeda y que me podía entregar hasta después, le pedí algún contacto para quejarme y burlonamente me dijo... hable de todas maneras no le van a entregar nada
Afortunadamente pude hablar con un encargado de zona el cual me dio solución y se porto amable
De regreso a la tienda la misma señorita (Jaqueline Estefania Trejo Castro) me hizo esperar como 40 minutos pero bueno me entrego mi prenda
I went to carry out a garment and the lady who attended me told me that I could do my paperwork and that she will pay but that they had problems with the silly thing and that I could be delivered until later, I asked her for a contact to complain and mockingly she told me .. talk anyway they won't give you anything
Fortunately I was able to speak with an area manager who gave me a solution and was kind
Back at the store, the same lady (Jaqueline Estefania Trejo Castro) made me wait for about 40 minutes but hey, she handed me my garment
