★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar y no me dieron el material que les pedi uno no puede pasar para escoger el producto y los chicos que lo despachan no tienen conocimiento de lo que venden. Al revisar lo que me dieron les dije que necesitaba medios de litro termicos no de plastico que fue lo que me dieron y no me querian hacer el cambio... ni siquiera lo habia escogido yo ni lo habia sacado de la tienda... como no me lo lleve no me quisieron vender el producto termico que solicite al principio no me querian cancelaran la factura del producto que ellos me dieron erroneamente me dijeron que ya iban a cerrar que no me iban a vender y habia clientes esperando. Una total falta de servicio y de criterio y muy groseros practicamebte me corrieron y no me vendieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh sido cliente de multibosas desde hace mas de 10 años que inicie mi negocio, siempre me han dado buenos precios y una muy buena atencion, entiendo que en algunas ocasiones talves el personal tenga algunas fallas como en cualquier otro negocio pero siempre hacen su mejor esfuerzo y estoy muy contenta con ellos y no pienso cambiar nunca de proveedor.
Recomiendo ampliamente a MULTIBOLSAS.
I have been a client of multibosas for more than 10 years since I started my business, they have always given me good prices and very good attention, I understand that on some occasions the staff may have some faults like in any other business but they always do their best And I am very happy with them and I will never change providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena opción para las necesidades de mi pequeño negocio, sin embargo la atención al cliente es pésima, dicen que cierran A las 5 pm y 10 minutos antes ya están cerrando cortinas y no te atienden, hay otros lugares más pequeños y con precios similares con buen servicio que cambiaría sin dudar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre están faltos de personal así que tardan en atender. La configuración física de la tienda hace que que tú estadía allí sea incómoda. Si vas a pagar con tarjeta prepárate para pagar su comisión bancaria del 3%. En cuanto a su inventario por lo gral están bien surtidos y no hay mucha competencia de otras tiendas de ese rubro así que me tomo mi tiempo y compro lo que necesite para no ir muy seguido.
They are always understaffed so they take time to attend. The physical setup of the store makes your stay there uncomfortable. If you are going to pay by card, be prepared to pay your bank commission of 3%. As for their inventory, they are generally well stocked and there is not much competition from other stores in that category, so I take my time and buy what I need so that I don't go too often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar unas tapas domo y la Srta convencida q eran universales. Le pregunté si estaba segura. La cosa es que no le quedaron n a los vasos y tampoco me ofreció cambio o devolucion. Unos sinvergüenzas totales.
I went to buy some dome covers and the lady convinced that they were universal. I asked her if she was sure. The thing is that they didn't have any left in the glasses and they didn't offer me a change or a refund either. Total rascals.
