★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio ✔️ el personal es súper atento y amable (te atienden mejor que en sucursales de DHL). No tienen problemas con hacerte un presupuesto y explicarte el tipo de envío que más te conviene ?. La chava que nos atendió hasta nos ayudó a localizar una sucursal de paquetería cercana para que al destinatario se le facilite recoger el paquete enviado. ? Si envías comida deberá ser en hielera de unicel.
We were very satisfied with the service ✔️ the staff is super attentive and friendly (they serve you better than in DHL branches). They have no problems with making a budget and explaining the type of shipment that is best for you ?. The girl who attended us even helped us locate a nearby parcel branch so that the recipient could pick up the package sent. ? If you send food, it must be in a Styrofoam cooler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden envíos de estafeta desde hace casi 8 meses y aún así usan su nombre, además no aceptan guías preparadas, solo las que se paguen ahí mismo, llegué a las 6:05 pm y ya estaba cerrado cuando el horario en Internet indica cierre a las 6:30 pm, tuve que regresar un día después. Eviten este punto a toda costa.
They have not attended courier shipments for almost 8 months and still use their name, also they do not accept prepared guides, only those that are paid right there, I arrived at 6:05 pm and it was already closed when the Internet hours indicated closure at 6:30 pm, I had to come back a day later. Avoid this point at all costs.
