Bad experience Lack of work ethic by not respecting delivery date in online sales. In particular by MercadoLibre. They do not respect your time and have zero customer service. There are definitely better options and at better prices.

Al final, por error, me dieron la información mal sobre el producto, puesto que no venía con pila ni cargador. Exigí mi reembolso, regresé el producto y me devolvieron mi dinero.
A pesar del error tuvieron buena atención. Pero si tienen que verificar bien la información por teléfono o por whats app.
I made an online purchase. I had doubts about a cordless drill, so I asked for more details through their online chat.
In the end, by mistake, they gave me the wrong information about the product, since it did not come with a battery or charger. I demanded my refund, returned the product and got my money back.
Despite the mistake they had good attention. But if they have to verify the information by phone or whats app.
