I had years of buying and the owner has always been very unkind, at one time I indicated that the packaging or the tray and plastic that they use to give you your merchandise they weigh it together with the meat, I mean that they sell you those packages at the price of meat. Even so, I kept buying and ordering through WhatsApp, I usually came to pick it up and I still had to wait a bit, but today, December 1, 2021, it was the last straw. I placed an order at 12 PM and I came to pick it up at 3 PM. 3 hours and when I arrived I did not despair until half an hour passed and I realized that they were just beginning to put my order that I have to say that normally ranges around $ 5,000 I asked the cashier who takes the orders and she answered me in a bad way in order that for the hour I preferred not to cancel my order but it is definitely a place with owners of little or no kindness and that allow their employees to treat their customers badly Their prices are somewhat accessible but their criteria and kindness are ignored, a simple apology would have been enough but they prefer to lose customers than admit their mistakes.
