★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera que me den un número, página o algún medio para hacer una queja,ya que ni siquiera quiera pude entrar al establecimiento puesto que el guardia de seguridad que recibe la paquetería de manera prepotente quería que dejara mi bolsa de mano.
La verdad muy mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros siempre son super amables en todas las sucirsales de cuerna, el pesimo servicio es por parte de vigilancia pero solo de la sucursal que esta dentro de chedraui ., acavo de hacer una compra 20/03/22 4:00 pm y el tipo de la entrada me reviso toda mi bolsa me quito el tiket me dice tu compraste unos calcetines de x precio y estos son mas caros y pues si por que compre calcetines para toda la familia y se puso a buscar los que tenian el precio que el estaba viendo asta que los encontro.........???
No es manera de tratar a un cliente deberian de poner circuito cerrado de vigilancia o mandar a su personal a capacitacion de serv al cliente..?? no creo que vuelva a comprar ese lugar .
The cashiers are always super friendly in all the branches of cuerna, the terrible service is from security but only from the branch that is inside chedraui. I just made a purchase 03/20/22 4:00 pm and the guy At the entrance I check all my bag, I take off my ticket, he tells me you bought some socks for x price and these are more expensive and yes, why did he buy socks for the whole family and he started looking for the ones that had the price he was watching until he found them..........???
It's no way to treat a customer, they should put closed circuit surveillance or send their staff to customer service training...?? I don't think I'll buy that place again.
