★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es completamente profesional y el trato amable. El trato que le dan a los perritos es seguro, ya que el encargado cuenta con capacitación en adiestramiento canino. Esto hace que no usen anestesia, lo cual puede ser peligroso sino se cuenta con permiso de medicación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El baño estuvo bien, pero los otros servicios que menciona como el corte de uñas o la limpieza y humectacion de cojinetes no las cumplen, no se si fue por que ya iban a cerrar o por que se les olvido.
The bathroom was fine, but the other services that you mention such as nail cutting or cleaning and moistening of bearings do not comply with them, I do not know if it was because they were already closing or because they forgot.

A mi punto de vista fue elevado el precio lo digo por mi experiencia y el resultado que me dieron fue de 0
Pero la atención al cliente jamas se descuido solo que no volvería ?
They cut horrible hair. Very good service and attention but if you are looking for something beautiful and the price does not matter, this is not option 1, 2 or 3 ?
From my point of view the price was high, I say it from my experience and the result they gave me was 0
But the customer service was never neglected, only that I would not return

1. No especificaron que el corte era rapado, pedí un corte y me regresaron a mi perro rapado
2. Afirmaron que era sin anestesia o sedante, y me regresaron a mi perro todo moribundo por el medicamento, no me hicieron firmar cartel de responsabilidad ni nada por darle el medicamento, estuvo sin comer y vomitando mi perro por estar anestesiado
Un muy mal servicio, poco claros con sus especificaciones, no lo recomiendo, de hecho podrían hasta salir demandados si dan medicamento de más, sin que los hagan firmar un documento de responsabilidad.
Llevelos a estéticas donde haya veterinario y sepan y no solo una estética

2. They affirmed that it was without anesthesia or sedative, and they returned my dog all dying from the medication, they did not make me sign a responsibility placard or anything for giving him the medication, my dog was without eating and vomiting due to being anesthetized
A very bad service, unclear with its specifications, I do not recommend it, in fact they could even be sued if they give too much medicine, without being made to sign a liability document.
Take them to aesthetics where there is a veterinarian and they know and not just an aesthetic

Brindan un *excelente* servicio de limpieza canina:corte, baño, oidos, cojinetes, uñas, dientes, lagrimal, secado... Y más.
*Sin anestesia sin maltrato.*
EL COSTO ES SUMAMENTE ACCESIBLE. (comunicate o directamente en el lugar te dan el precio)
Agradezco haberlos encontrado son totalmente profesionales.
No adulo sin experiencias propias y mi mascota se encuentra muy feliz.
