★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena organización, la mayoría de los trámites, bastante ágiles, excepto los trámites de vehículos, tarde 4 horas y 2 días en resolverlos, las licencias, ya con todos tus documentos el mismo día, sólo les falta detallar más en su sitio de internet el predial actualizado, por lo que tuve que dar 2 vueltas. Excepto por ese detalle y la escasez de estacionamiento después de las 9:30. Buen servicio y vigilancia.
Good organization, most of the procedures, quite agile, except for vehicle procedures, it takes 4 hours and 2 days to resolve them, licenses, and with all your documents the same day, they just need to detail more on their website on updated property, so I had to do 2 laps. Except for that detail and the shortage of parking after 9:30. Good service and vigilance.

Lo que me encantó es que a unos cuantos pasos del sitio de trámites hay diminutas representaciones de iglesias, casas entre otros. Es muy creativo ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció un lugar apropiado para los trámites como registro civil pago de Predial y muchos más sin embargo tienes que tener paciencia para que toque turno es necesario hacer citas vía internet cuenta con estacionamiento amplio
Recomiendo revisar el buzón de sugerencias que se encuentran en el primer edificio al parecer no se toman en cuenta
