★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Si hubiera opción de dar cero estrellas, lo calificaría así. En verdad, si quieren un préstamo carisimo y con un servicio a clientes nefasto este es el lugar. Pedí un crédito en septiembre-octubre a pagar a año y medio. Pues bien, quise pagarlo anticipadamente y de ahí empezaron las trabas para el proceso, a pesar de querer pagar la totalidad del mismo. Después de meses de espera, recibí la carta de liquidación y del monto solicitado en seis meses pagé a capital la ridícula cantidad de 1800 pesos! Osea que de 20,000 pesos pagados en 5 meses únicamente se fueron 1800 pesos a capital. Eso señores, se llama usurería! Se que las autoridades reguladoras no van a leer este comentario, pero espero que muchas personas que piensan recurrir a ustedes para una emergencia, mejor chequen otras opciones por que lo que ustedes hacen se llama ROBO.
 Appalling. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would rate it that way. In truth, if you want a very expensive loan with disastrous customer service, this is the place. I asked for a credit in September-October to pay a year and a half. Well, I wanted to pay it in advance and that's where the obstacles to the process began, despite wanting to pay in full. After months of waiting, I received the liquidation letter and of the amount requested in six months I paid the ridiculous amount of 1,800 pesos to the principal! In other words, of the 20,000 pesos paid in 5 months, only 1,800 pesos went to capital. That, gentlemen, is called usury! I know that the regulatory authorities are not going to read this comment, but I hope that many people who think of turning to you for an emergency, better check other options because what you do is called THEFT.
