★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me da pena que nos atendieron muy mal. El problema es que no se comunican con uno y cuando llamábamos a preguntar después de varias semanas sin escuchar nada no nos contestaban. Y los WhatsApp’s quedaban en visto. Al principio si nos arreglaron una freidora pero al primero uso quedó peor que la primera vez que se descompuso. Volvimos a llevarla para ver si podían arreglarla. Esta vez se tardaron como 3 semanas sin comunicarse a pesar de que llamábamos y mandábamos mensaje. Solo cuando marcamos de otro teléfono contestaron lo que significa que estaban ignorándonos. Que falta de profesionalismo. En fin, después de dos meses mejor pedimos que nos regresaran el aparato y ofrecieron un reembolso pero nunca recibimos nada.
The truth is that I am sorry that they treated us very badly. The problem is that they do not communicate with one and when we called to ask after several weeks without hearing anything, they did not answer us. And the WhatsApp's were seen. At first they did fix a fryer for us but the first time it was used it was worse than the first time it broke down. We took it back to see if they could fix it. This time it took about 3 weeks without communication even though we called and sent messages. Only when we dialed from another phone did they answer which means they were ignoring us. What a lack of professionalism. Anyway, after two months we better ask for the device to be returned to us and they offered a refund but we never received anything.
