Los técnicos de otro negocio ya me habían diagnosticado mi lavadora frontal días antes y me manejaron costos de $4,600 por cambio una pieza y servicio técnico, (me dijeron que las piezas de reemplazo son caras?), o sea mi lavadora no tenía fallas me mintieron y querían cobrar solo por cobrar, me querían estafar.
Algunos técnicos abusan del desconocimiento que tenemos sobre lavadoras, refrigeradores, climas etc.
Cuando han ido a revisión y a arreglar mis electrodomésticos me he sentido estafada. Ya que vuelven a fallar de lo mismo.
Con excepción de Multiservicios Aguirre.
Aún y si mi lavadora hubiera tenido una falla real, creo que me hubiera explicado y cobrado un precio razonable. Si volvería a llamarles para servicio técnico.
I will comment from my experience, the technician was kind and honest in telling me that my washing machine had no faults, it just needed maintenance.
The technicians of another business had already diagnosed my front washer days before and they managed costs of $4,600 for changing a part and technical service, (they told me that replacement parts are expensive?), that is, my washer had no faults they lied to me and they wanted to charge just to collect, they wanted to swindle me.
Some technicians abuse the ignorance we have about washing machines, refrigerators, climates, etc.
When they have gone to review and fix my appliances I have felt cheated. Since they fail again in the same way.
With the exception of Multiservices Aguirre.
Even if my washing machine had a real fault, I think he would have explained it to me and charged a reasonable price. If I would call them for service again.
