★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arreglaron muy bien mi automóvil después de un choque y quedó muy bien, solo que hubo partes que se rasparon y dañaron un poco y no las reemplazaron que porque no estaban completamente rotas o quebradas, y tuvo una falla en un foco y tuve que ir 3 veces a que lo repararn de ese detalle, pero me atendieron de buena manera esas 3 veces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraron carísimo la reparación de la cajuela y ni siquiera le cambiaron los amortiguadores de la misma. Ponen refacciones económicas y las cobran como buena calidad.
No lo recomiendo.
They charged very expensive the repair of the trunk and they did not even change the shock absorbers of the same. They put cheap spare parts and charge them as good quality.
I do not recommend it.

Son reconstrucciones de muy baja calidad

Por desgracia abrieron el cofre de mi carro y dañaron unas piezas.
Tengo desde enero (hoy es abril) esperando que me recuperen las piezas dañadas y por lo visto no tienen intensión hacerlo (aún con garantía del taller por escrito).
No dan seguimiento ni atención al cliente.
Cabe mencionar que la reparación fue en la parte posterior del vehículo (cajuela) y no tenían por qué abrir el cofre de mi carro, lo cual, el encargado solo menciona que era para lavar el motor del vehículo. El auto estaba exactamente igual que al ingresar al taller.
Tomenlo en cuenta antes de llevar su carro ahí y no acepten el carro, ni liquiden en $$ hasta que entreguen al 100% lo estipulado en su reparación.

Unfortunately they opened the hood of my car and damaged some parts.
I have been waiting since January (today is April) for the damaged parts to be recovered and apparently they have no intention of doing so (even with a written guarantee from the workshop).
They do not provide follow-up or customer service.
It is worth mentioning that the repair was in the back of the vehicle (trunk) and they did not have to open the hood of my car, which, the manager only mentions that it was to wash the vehicle's engine. The car was exactly the same as when it entered the workshop.
Take it into account before taking your car there and do not accept the car, nor settle in $$ until you deliver 100% of what is stipulated in your repair.
