★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a facturación, pésimo servicio. Cuando te facturan en las bombas y las pides por correo, siempre llegan mal. Nunca contestan el teléfono ni el correo. Los he ido a buscar un par de ocaciones y nunca encuentro a nadie en oficinas a pesar de ir en el horario marcado. Sigo sin poder recibir mis facturas correctamente.
As for billing, lousy service. When they bill you at the pumps and order them by mail, they always arrive wrong. They never answer the phone or mail. I have gone to look for them a couple of times and I never find anyone in the offices despite going during the scheduled hours. I still can't receive my invoices correctly.
