Arruinaron mi chapa con una llave que ellos mismos produjeron (copia de mi llave original) y luego no se quisieron hacer cargo de la chapa que porque “ya estaba así”. Era una chapa con menos de un año.
Verdaderamente son unos ladrones a quienes ya reportè a las autoridades.
This business is a real scam. It is definitely one of the worst businesses in the colony. They ruined my badge with a key that they produced themselves (a copy of my original key) and then they didn't want to take care of the badge because "it was already like that". It was a sheet with less than a year.
They are really thieves whom I have already reported to the authorities.

¡$ 320 por destrabar y engrasar una cerradura! Al final me bajó a $ 250, aún así, me pareció un abuso. No tardó ni 15 minutos en arreglarla (eso sí, el servicio fue bueno), pero el costo fue muy elevado, prácticamente lo que pedía era el precio de una cerradura nueva.
Asegúrense de preguntar cuánto cuesta la reparación antes de que comiencen el trabajo, de lo contrario se van a pasar de listos.
They abuse with their repair prices.
$ 320 for unlocking and greasing a lock! In the end I went down to $ 250, still, it seemed an abuse. It did not take 15 minutes to fix it (yes, the service was good), but the cost was very high, practically what I asked for was the price of a new lock.
