★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decir pésimo servicio es poco. Dos veces hubo cita para arreglar una secadora, la primera no llegaron y no se comunicaron para decir que jo llegaban. La Segunda llegaron y se fueron si avisar. Ahórrense la pena y ni siquiera los consideren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me descompusieron el minisplit, le rompieron la manguera de desagüe, la falla que vinieron a arreglar fué que no prendía, solo tenía mal un switch en la caja de luz, al abrirlo dijo que tenía rota la manguera de desagüe, antes no lo estaba ya que no tiraba agua hacia adentro, el Sr. Heriberto me ayudó a mover una cama que está debajo del clima, si hubiera tirado agua antes no estaría una cama ahí. Dice que cobran $850 por cambiar la manguera que él mismo rompió. Acabo de hablar para decirles que está escurriendo el agua y despues de decirme que yo le había caído mal y que hiciera lo que quisiera me colgaron. Qué tal?
Sr. Heriberto Quiroga eso de que ya lo habían tratado de reparar no es cierto, falló en la noche, busqué en la mañana quien lo reparara y Uds. fueron los que respondieron primero para mala suerte mía, obvio no tenían trabajo. Quienes vinieron a reparar lo que ustedes descompusieron además de cobrarme $600 en vez de $850 que quería usted y me dijeron que les ha tocado arreglar muchos desperfectos que deja Multiservicios Quiroga. Lo suyo es plan con maña, usted que es el dueño no tiene ética.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hablé para reparar lavadora la revisaron y me dicen que la tarjeta madre falla y costará 2100 repararla se la llevan y cancelo al tener una segunda opinión que me decía que solo era un sensor voy por ella y solo con cinta de aislar y un puente eléctrico la lavadora funcionó .ni más ni menos 30 pesos de la cinta de aislar me costó cuidense de ellos y busquen otra opinión . que empresa tan abusiva. esa fue mi experiencia.
