★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi attitude por un ruido que le dejaron en la suspensión, me dijeron que con un lavado y engrasado se le quitaría y terminaron descomponiendo la computadora a lo que no se hicieron responsable. Después me cobraron 9 mil del cambio de computadora por que tenían que colocarle una nueva. Me lo entregaron y a la semana se descompuso nuevamente, no quisieron hacer valida la garantía que supuestamente dan, lo lleve a otro taller y la computadora que según le habían puesto nueva, era una reparada. Pésimo servicio.
I took my attitude for a noise that they left in the suspension, they told me that with a washing and greasing it would be removed and they ended up breaking down the computer for which they were not responsible. Then they charged me 9 thousand for the change of computer because they had to put a new one on it. They gave it to me and a week later it broke down again, they did not want to validate the guarantee they supposedly give, I took it to another workshop and the computer that they had put new, was a repaired one. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pesima atención, cerca hay otros talleres así que ni de emergencia lleven sus autos aquí, acudí a las 10.30 AM por una falla de radiador (desconocida), me dijeron que 1 en una hora me dirían que tenía, que me hablaban para darme diagnóstico y cotización... Después de 2 horas regresé por que nunca me hablaron, se habían llevado mi carro a no se donde, ¡sin avisarme!.. ¿Que tal que no traigo dinero?... En fin siguieron sin darme respuesta ni diagnóstico, espere otra hora y nada y ningún mecánico atendiendo, y la secretaría haciendo otras cosas en lugar de atenderme como cliente que estaba ahí esperando, hablé con el que parecía encargado y me dijo que en una hora me daría diagnóstico y cotización (en este punto creo que habían como 6 carros más 3 detenidos de hace tiempo ..y un solo mecánico), 2 horas después me hablan para decirme que ya estaba listo mi auto ... ¿?....Nunca me dijeron que tenía... solo que eran 850 pesos por "reparación de módulo de ventilación", que tampoco nadie pudo explicar en que consistió la reparación....me lo lleva un "ayudante" por que venía de otro lado mi carro....y al preguntarle que fue lo que tenía, no sabía ... Nadie me lo entrego nadie me dijo nada nunca... ¿Y saben que? dudo mucho que le hayan hecho alguna reparación mayor.. En fin ahí está mi experiencia en este lugar.

They never told me I had ... only it was 850 pesos for "repair ventilation module ", which no one could explain what the repair consisted of .... I was taken by an" assistant "because my car came from another side .... and when asked what I had, I did not know ... Nobody gave it to me, nobody ever told me anything ... And you know what? I doubt very much that they have made any major repairs. Anyway, there is my experience in this place.
