★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de puntualidad, calidad, seriedad y profesionalismo que he tenido en un trabajo de impresión, montaje y atención al cliente. Si quieres que no te tomen llamadas ni respondan tus mensajes, te fallen en en el montaje y te hagan perder el tiempo diciendo que ya van para allá por horas, por días, mientras que están bebiendo alcohol en su local siendo que ya pagaste el proyecto desde el inicio, éste es el lugar para ti. La sorpresa al final es que ni siquiera te hablan para avisar cuando realmente se dignan a ir a montar de mala gana y nunca recibes una disculpa ni la factura por la cual pagas un 16% del costo.
Los demás socios del local no pueden responder por los errores de los otros o resolverte el problema y te piden tengas paciencia por los problemas personales e irresponsabilidad del socio.
Una pesadilla.
The worst experience of punctuality, quality, seriousness and professionalism that I have had in a printing, assembly and customer service job. If you want them not to take calls or respond to your messages, they fail you in the assembly and make you waste your time saying that they are already going there for hours, for days, while they are drinking alcohol in their place being that you already paid for the project from the start, this is the place for you. The surprise in the end is that they do not even speak to you to let you know when they really deign to go riding reluctantly and you never receive an apology or the invoice for which you pay 16% of the cost.
The other partners of the premises cannot answer for the errors of the others or solve the problem for you and they ask you to be patient for the personal problems and irresponsibility of the partner.
A nightmare.
