★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien estructurada la empresa, como tal el esquema de crecimiento laboral es buena el detalle es a la hora de firmar contrato, te hacen firmar un documento de consentimiento para que ellos ya no te regresen tu acta de nacimiento, hoja de finiquito con varios espacios sin llenar donde aun ni te contratan de forma oficial pero ya te estan haciendo hacer firmar un termino laboral con ellos con la finalidad de darte lo que ellos quieran en el caso de que ellos terminen relación laboral contigo y el toque final....3 hojas en blanco donde tienes que firmar con el riesgo de que ellos puedan redactar cualquier clase de leyenda y te pueden involucrar en cualquier situación ilícita, total, ya les firmaste de conformidad y pueden hacer lo que quieran con esas hojas.
The company is very well structured, as such the job growth scheme is good, the detail is when signing the contract, they make you sign a consent document so that they no longer return your birth certificate, settlement sheet with several Unfilled spaces where they haven't even officially hired you but they are already making you sign a labor term with them in order to give you what they want in the event that they end their employment relationship with you and the final touch ... 3 blank sheets where you have to sign with the risk that they can write any kind of legend and they can involve you in any illicit situation, total, you have already signed them accordingly and they can do whatever they want with those sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención te tienen más de tres horas hay haciendo pruebas de dibujitos para que al final solo te digan nosotros le llamamos,por qué mejor no Disen no calificas y punto uno continúa buscando trabajo que es lo que realmente nos interesa encontrar trabajo
Terrible attention they have given you more than three hours doing cartoon tests so that in the end they only tell you we will call you, why not Disen you do not qualify and period one continues looking for work which is what we are really interested in finding work

*Cuando entras a contratarte para la vacante que eres apto traes los documentos completos, mas experiencia, entre otras cosas,
*Aun que ya quedaste por medio de wasap con los chico@s de Rh (Andrea y Gonzalez) solo puedes turnos de 24 o de 12 nocturnos y con la promesa de hablar con el encargado o jefe de la institución (nunca paso) en que te daran la vacante que mas se acople a tu horario te dan lo mas bajo (empezar de nuevo)
*te diran" si "al inicio
Pero cuando les eres sincero que estas estudiando (Aun en linea) en pocas palabras
te daran el turno 12x24 $5700 al mes jajaja
(Por ser estudiante y salir adelante ) los descriminaran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala me corte el cabello y el instructor queria k mas y me quedo corto ni que fuera soldado militar el gordito muy gordito sin corbata con bigote y ahun decia que bien rasurados me senti discriminado ya tenia los uniformes ya entregue todo pase el curso a parte RH me ofrecio un puesto y ya k habia entregado todo me lo cambio con menos dinero pero tengo principios y dignidad me retire y di las gracias no importando el factor humano experiencia y conocimiento
Very badly I cut my hair and the instructor wanted more and I fell short or that the fat boy was a military soldier very fat without a tie with a mustache and even said that they were well shaven I felt discriminated against I already had the uniforms I already handed in everything I passed the course separately HR offered me a position and I had already delivered everything, I exchanged it with less money, but I have principles and dignity, I left and thanked the human factor, experience and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremenda falta de preparación con la señorita de recepción, en plena entrevista de trabajo, me entrego el gafete correspondiente para acceder a la institución y luego me regreso afirmando que mi identificación no tenia validez oficial, enserio me sentí ofendido en todos los aspectos ahora resulta que los documentos oficiales certificados ante Notario público no sirven para nada. Ojala cambien por un personal con argumentos solidos y mayor preparación. Tremenda perdida de tiempo y dinero para que la señorita me negara el acceso y la posibilidad de obtener un empleo.
Tremendous lack of preparation with the reception lady, in the middle of a job interview, she gave me the corresponding badge to access the institution and then I came back stating that my identification had no official validity, I really felt offended in all aspects now it turns out that Official documents certified before a Notary Public are useless. Hopefully they change for a staff with solid arguments and better preparation. Tremendous waste of time and money for the lady to deny me access and the possibility of obtaining a job.
