y no me lo cambiaron..
lo fui a cambiar y que tardaba hasta que hp lo valorara
el precio estaba mas caro de lo normal
y la nota de venta era de otra tinta y otros precios..
no hay garantias de que lo que vendan sirva aunque este empacado y sellado
y dicen que asi es en todos lados mentiraa!!
nunca he comprado toner nuevo y original y que no sirva y si tengo problema siempre me cambian o solucionan aqui nada!!
aparte de careros su producto no sirve
y no ayudan a dar alguna solucion razonble??????????
Terrible !!! they sold me toner hp 644 again when I used it it had no color
and they didn't change it for me ..
I went to change it and it took until hp valued it
the price was more expensive than normal
and the sales note was of another ink and other prices ..
there is no guarantee that what they sell will work even if it is packaged and sealed
and they say that's the way it is everywhere lie!
I have never bought new and original toner and it does not work and if I have a problem they always change or solve nothing here!
apart from careros their product does not work
and they do not help to give any reasonable solution??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron 5 días en darme un precio mayor de lo que me costó la impresora para repararla y eso porque yo les tuve que estar preguntando sobre el presupuesto. Luego, les dije que no quería y me hicieron esperar como una semana para recoger mi equipo y también yo tuve que estarles preguntando, parece que en ese local a nadie le importa nada.
It took them 5 days to give me a higher price than the printer cost to repair it and that's because I had to be asking them about the budget. Then, I told them that I didn't want to and they made me wait about a week to pick up my equipment and I also had to ask them, it seems that in that place nobody cares about anything.
