★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima agencia. Pagas por un paquete y a los pocos días antes de salir te llaman para avisarte que te cambian de hotel,(claro, por uno más económico). A cambio de su error, te prometen un tour y estando en tu destino nadie se hace responsable....llamas a la agencia para aclarar( reclamar) ya no te contestan. No te reembolsan, ni cumplen trato.
Terrible agency. You pay for a package and a few days before leaving they call you to let you know that they are changing your hotel (of course, for a cheaper one). In exchange for their mistake, they promise you a tour and being at your destination no one is responsible ... you call the agency to clarify (claim) they no longer answer you.
