Además, no se respeta el horario laboral pues ya estando dentro te hacen cambiar el horario de un día a otro. Hay cosas buenas, el pago no está mal pero no vale la pena por el cansancio, estrés y presión que pone gerencial. Tampoco hay oportunidades de crecimiento pues suele pasar que si se libera un puesto se le da a la persona con mayor edad y no a la más competente. Y es muy fácil que haya robos por lo mismo que es venta de artículos pequeños y esos mismos robos se le adjudican al personal que al final tampoco comisiona. Horrible place to work.
