★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos a punto de comprar una casa ahí y a un mes de recibirla nos damos cuenta que hay un ventanal que no se encuentra en la casa muestra. Sería más adecuado que dieran por escrito las modificaciones que van a hacer si sus modelos no concuerdan con las casas muestra. Debo admitir que este tipo de cosas me generan mucha desconfianza sobre la seriedad de la constructora. Es una terrible experiencia pensar en recibir una casa que no es como la que querías.
We are about to buy a house there and a month after receiving it we realize that there is a window that is not in the sample house. It would be more appropriate for them to write down the modifications they are going to make if their models do not match the sample houses. I must admit that this kind of thing generates a lot of mistrust about the seriousness of the construction company. It is a terrible experience to think of receiving a house that is not like the one you wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay servicio de recolección de basura en la última calle, tampoco hay cobertura de ningún servicio de Internet, tuve muchos problemas durante la compra y perdí una promoción del banco porque metieron mis papeles tarde, tuve que hacer mas papeleo y llamadas para recuperar parte de la promoción, me entregaron la casa 2 meses después de la fecha prometida. Zona insegura, forzaron la puerta de la entrada a los 3 días de haber recibido la casa.

Ya hay recolección de basura en la última calle.
There is no garbage collection service on the last street, there is no coverage of any Internet service, I had many problems during the purchase and I lost a promotion from the bank because they put my papers in late, I had to do more paperwork and calls to recover part of promotion, the house was delivered to me 2 months after the promised date. Unsafe area, they forced the front door 3 days after receiving the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas tienen muchos vicios ocultos y el servicio de posventa es muy malo. Por otro lado, tienen detalles de acabados que a la larga vas a tener que arreglar por tu cuenta porque la garantía cubre muy poco tiempo.
Sumamente arrepentido de comprar ahí.
