★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -No calcularon que vehículo utilizar incluso cuando les mandé una lista detallada y video de todos los muebles y el dueño de la compañía me culpó por no decirles yo que camioneta tenían que usar y por no decirles si había espacio para estacionamiento en la calle para camión.; al terminar de cargar mis cosas iban casi arrastrando en la parte de atrás de la camioneta que ahora era muy chica. Dijo el dueño que de todo esto le protegía el contrato!!!
-Se presentaron sin colchonetas para el embalaje y perdieron todo el día en ir a conseguirlas, criticando al dueño tacaño por no darles para comprar.
-solo enviaron a 2 personas para bajar muchos muebles de un edificio en condominio desde 2do nivel y uno de ellos renunció por lo que tuve que ayudarles, conseguirles sogas y otra persona que les ayudara
-subcontrataron a otra compañía para dar el servicio y las personas no usaron máscara y se la pasaron pidiendo propina casi asaltando y gritando en el 1er día, ni 1500 pesos de propina les bastó, pidieron 1,200 más a fuerzas en el destino o no bajarían del camión mis muebles alegando no haber sabido que tenían que subir a dejar los muebles, cuando claramente en el formulario estipulé segunda planta en destino, así también en la cotización, terminando de bajar, pidieron una tercera propina.
Rayaron mi piso de Maple y claro que son ellos, ahora quieren decir que no son ellos otra vez con lo del contrato, Primero usándolo para descartarte de todas la responsabilidades y ahora descartándose completamente del servicio!!
Si quieren sus muebles sus pisos y su dinero no los usen

-They showed up without mats for packaging and lost all day in going to get them, criticizing the stingy owner for not giving them to buy.
-They only sent 2 people to download a lot of furniture in a condominium building from the 2nd level and one of them resigned so I had to help them, get them ropes and another person to help them
-They subcontracted another company to provide the service and the people did not wear a mask and spent it asking for a tip almost assaulting and screaming on the 1st day, not even 1,500 pesos was enough for them, they asked 1,200 more for forces at the destination or they would not get off the bus. I truck my furniture claiming not to have known that they had to go up to leave the furniture, when clearly on the form I stipulated the second floor at destination, as well as in the quote, finishing going down, they asked for a third tip.
They scratched my Maple flat and of course it is them, now they mean that they are not them again with the contract, First using it to discard all responsibilities and now completely discarding the service !!
If you want your furniture, your floors and your money, don't use it.
