★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi gato se quedó hospitalizado, dijeron que en horario de visita atienden por WhatsApp y reportan estado de la mascota, pero no fui así. Durante la visita presencial no hay quién te dé como tal retroalimentación sobre el estado de tu mascota, creo que pueden mejorar la atención.
 My cat was hospitalized, they said that during visiting hours they attend by WhatsApp and report the status of the pet, but that was not the case. During the face-to-face visit there is no one to give you feedback on the state of your pet, I think they can improve the attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Fui por una emergencia y me apoyaron y realizaron lo necesario para atender la emergencia. Solo que sus cubrebocas no todos lo suben arriba de la nariz. Solo cuidar ese detalle.
