 Your negligence is about to kill my dog! Animals are living beings, they cannot be treated that way and much more if they call themselves veterinarians and are committing to a service. It is very unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizá como consulta dan un servicio regular, es muy caro en cuanto a lo que ofrecen con respecto a la calidad de la atención.
No respetan los principios bioeticos, no informan y no te dan un juicio acertado de que es lo que le ocurre a tu mascota, no te explican que medicamentos le dieron y mantienen un trato indiferente a los animales.
No recomiendo este lugar si tienen urgencias médicas de sus mascotas.
Perhaps as a consultation they give a regular service, it is very expensive in terms of what they offer regarding the quality of care.
They do not respect the bioethical principles, they do not inform and they do not give you a correct judgment that it is what happens to your pet, they do not explain to you what medications they gave and they maintain an indifferent treatment to the animals.
I do not recommend this place if they have medical emergencies for their pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden demasiado apresurados, no creo que sean malos en lo que hacen pero la actitud no ayuda. Están sobre una avenida y no tienen privacidad a la hora de hacer las consultas así que si llevas a una mascota nerviosa prepárate para el caos, ahí siempre hay bastante ruido. El servicio no es económico.
They take care of you too hastily, I don't think they are bad at what they do but the attitude does not help. They are on an avenue and they have no privacy when it comes to making inquiries so if you bring a nervous pet prepare for chaos, there is always a lot of noise there. The service is not cheap.
