I had a very bad experience with my kitten that I carried because I couldn't urinate. The doctor, in charge of that branch, did not give it due importance, tried to probe it without succeeding correctly and my kitten got worse and suffered a lot. He gave him general anesthesia (they tell me it must have been local) and despite the fact that I asked the doctor to perform tests and an ultrasound (at his other branch) he said that it was going well and that he should leave it another day, which was not true because when I saw my cat, who was there only one day, it seemed that he had been run over. It hurts me to have made the mistake of taking him there for that emergency since I took my pets there many times for vaccinations, deworming and other conditions and I did not realize that they could not do the survey as required. What hurts me the most is that my cat suffered a lot and he died despite the efforts of other doctors to save him.
