★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice con anticipación un pedido de 2 piñatas, estuve mandando mensajes días antes para confirmar y todo bien. Justo el día que iba a recoger me cancelan el pedido y no pueden hacer nada para ayudarte, obviamente no pude conseguir en otro lado piñatas del personaje que necesitaba. Que poco profesional, dudo que hagan las piñatas el mismo día que tienen que entregar pedido, sobre todo si lo haces con anticipación. La señorita que atiende súper déspota (tengo los mensajes) y nunca me quiso dar contacto del encargado para meter una queja. Lo más feo es que los niños quedan desilusionados sin la piñata que querían.
I made an order for 2 piñatas in advance, I was sending messages days before to confirm and everything was fine. Just the day I was going to pick up they canceled my order and they can't do anything to help you, obviously I couldn't get the piñatas of the character I needed elsewhere. How unprofessional, I doubt they make the piñatas the same day they have to deliver the order, especially if you do it in advance. The lady who attends super despot (I have the messages) and never wanted to give me contact with the manager to file a complaint. The ugliest thing is that the children are disappointed without the piñata they wanted.
