No tiene sentido de ventas, no escucha las necesidades del cliente, pone peros, atiende de mala gana e intenta venderte lo que ella quiere. Te avienta los muestrarios, no informa el tipo de materiales. En resumen el claro ejemplo de lo que no se debe hacer al atender a un cliente.
